Okay, lets say you have a product to sell and you don’t have the money to pay someone to build you a website. What do you do? You learn HTML. Learning HTML was my biggest investment. It helped me keep profit in my pocket and I was able to make changes on my website whenever I wanted to.

I think purchasing an HTML book is your best bet. If you do the online tutorials they are great, but unless you have a dual screen set up you can’t work on your html and read the tutorial at the same time. Also with a book you can write notes in it if you want to. If you are like me, I don’t like to read a bunch of info. I’m a visual learner. Just show me how to do it don’t give me a ton of pages to read. I bought “HTML Your visual blueprint for designing effective Web pages”. It’s a visual book from Maran Graphics and Wiley Publishing.
